The product is designed to be maintenance free, general upkeep is simply warm soapy water and a deck brush. It can be pressure washed as required and any more stubborn stains or marks can be gently sanded out with a 40 grit sandpaper.
The product contains additives to ensure the decking is both colourfast and UV stable. The expected fade is approximately 5% over ten years.
There are a couple of options. Buying the materials and installing it yourself will be the cheapest option, with which we can provide support and advice along the way. Alternatively you could opt for our basic mat service - we cut panels, without margins, to your templates for the most competitive price available.
Some profiles are available with a white caulk and all are available in black. The white is more often used for interior areas.
